On Oct. 4th we tracked the drums for the new material. We were more than impressed with the sound qualities and performance. Next week we track Bass 1 / Guitar / EVI.

We’re headed to the studio next week to track bass and drums for the song we’ve been working so hard and long on the past few weeks. The song sits around 13 mins, and is crazier than most of our compositions, so we’re excited about what we’re going to get out of it. After that, we only have a few more short tracks, and then a massive one (20 min) that we haven’t even begun to conceptualize musically.

So that’s what the rest of the year will be dedicated to.

We recruited a new guitar player in January, and its been quite a time getting material together. We had a string of sessions in early spring for a song we decided not to release. FM is meant to stand for quality control, and we wanted to be sure the first bit of audio featuring the new line-up was superb. The title of this track is “Inefficate” you can listen with the mobile friendly HTML 5 player, or alternatively, the flash player. Lyrics are also available. Keep in mind ALL of this content is the property of Fuzz Motor; duplication, alteration, or any other use of the material without consent is absolutely prohibited.
